Terms of Use

The short version

PomoSauna for iPhone is licensed under Apple’s standard licence, Premium is sold and billed by Apple, and this page covers the rest: this website. There is no account here and nothing to sign up for.

The app’s licence

PomoSauna is licensed under Apple’s standard End User License Agreement, which is the agreement between you and us for the app itself. Nothing on this page replaces it.

PomoSauna Premium

Premium is one set of features sold three ways: a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription, and a one-time Lifetime purchase. All three are sold by Apple, and prices, billing, free trials and refunds are Apple’s to handle under the terms you accepted with your Apple Account.

A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, at the price shown when you subscribed, unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the period ends. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. A free trial, where one is offered, turns into a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel before then; Apple offers it once per Apple Account, across the monthly and yearly plans together. You manage and cancel subscriptions in Settings, Subscriptions — not here, and not by deleting the app.

The free app stays free.

Ours

The PomoSauna name, the scene, its artwork and this site’s content are ours.

This website

pomosauna.app is provided as it is, with no warranty and no promise that it will stay available. We may change it or take it down. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from its use; nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be limited.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
